TERMS & CONDITIONS
By entering this competition, you accept these terms and conditions.
1) This promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of FELLR, its associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
3) Entry is only open to persons who, at the time of entering the promotion:
a) are residents of Australia;
b) are aged 18 years or older
4) The promotional period starts on Thursday, 1st August 2024 (9AM AEST) and closes on Saturday 31st August 2024 (11:59PM AEST).
5) To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a)Purchase 2 x Schooners or pints of FELLR Ginger Beer for you and a friend to share at any participating licensed venue.
b) visit https://www.drinkfellr.com/snow-giveaway, follow the prompts to the entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details
c)The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the eligible purchase.
d) The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
e) Alternatively you can enter through the tag to win competition on FELLR socails
6) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
7) Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
8) The competition winner will receive an Australian Snowfield experience for two people .September 13, 14 and 15. Including the following items:
- 2 x return economy flights from nearest domestic airport to Canberra, AUS
- 1 x 3 nights twin share accommodation, September 13, 14 and 15
- 1 x $600 food and drink voucher
- 2 x 2 day lift passes
- 1 x FELLR merchandise Pack
- 2 x 2 day hire of snow equipment & clothing

9) There will be one opportunity to win the prize during the promotional period
10) The monetary value of the prize pool is a maximum of: AUD $2980
11) The prize draw will take place between Sunday 1st September 2024 12PM AEST and Monday 2nd September 2024 5pm AEST) at the offices of FELLR Drinks PTY LTD, 78a Stanley St Darlinghurst
12) The winner will be notified in writing by email and by phone. The potential winner must supply their full name, date of birth and address, unless entering on socials. On successfully passing the entrant eligibility check, the entrant will then be notified that they have won. In addition to being notified via email, the winners' name will also be published on the Promoter’s public-facing social media account.
13) The competition result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) If any prize is declined, or the winner cannot take up a prize (or does not respond by 12pm AEST on Monday 9th September 2024, the prize will be forfeited and a supplementary winner may be awarded the prize, at the Promoter's sole discretion.
15) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or not received during the relevant stipulated time period.
16) Each prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered. The Promoter will not be responsible for a prize winner's inability to accept the specified prize.
17) It is a condition of entry that your entry, first name, nickname or social media handle can be used for any necessary promotional releases, promotional materials and within social media channels.
18) You agree to allow the Promoter to post your name as part of the winner announcement promotions.
19) The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and
conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
20) Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21) If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
22) This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with Australian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
