When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information."
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
• Cookies are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
• Log files track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• Web beacons, tags, and pixels are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by FELLR. We refer to this information as "Order Information."
When you enter a competition or promotion, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, postcode, a photo of your purchase receipt (showing the store, products and date of purchase), and any other details the entry form asks for. If you win, we may also collect photo identification to verify your identity and age, and your delivery address to send your prize. We refer to this information as "Competition Information."
We may also collect your name and contact details when you sign up to our mailing list, contact us, apply for a job, or deal with us as a stockist, venue or supplier.
When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, Competition Information and the other information described above. We collect most Personal Information directly from you. You can make a general enquiry without identifying yourself, but you cannot enter a competition or receive a prize anonymously.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
• communicate with you;
• screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
• when you have opted in, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use Competition Information to run our competitions and promotions, including to confirm you are eligible and aged 18 or over, verify your entries and proof of purchase, conduct the draw, contact winners, deliver prizes, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Each competition's terms and conditions set out any further details specific to that competition.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We will only use your Personal Information for the purpose we collected it, a related purpose you would reasonably expect, or otherwise with your consent or as permitted by law.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Squarespace to power our website and online store. You can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. You can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. You can also opt out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
For competitions and promotions, we may share Competition Information with our agencies, contractors and service providers who help us run the promotion, with prize suppliers and couriers so they can deliver prizes, and with regulatory authorities where required.
Some of our service providers, including Shopify and Google, store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your Personal Information securely and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We will not sell your Personal Information. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative's ("NAI") educational page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work.

EMAIL AND SMS COMMUNICATIONS
We will only send you marketing emails or SMS messages about our products, services, special offers and events if you have opted in to receive them, for example by ticking a box when you sign up, buy from us or enter a competition. Providing your email address or phone number to enter a competition or place an order does not, on its own, sign you up to marketing.
You can opt out of these communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, following the opt-out instructions in any SMS, or contacting us directly. We will still send you messages about orders, competition entries or prizes where needed.
We will not share your email address or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it.
We keep Order Information for as long as we need it to fulfil your order and meet our tax, accounting and legal record-keeping obligations. We keep Competition Information for as long as needed to run the competition and meet any legal or regulatory requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. If you have opted in to marketing, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe.
Once we no longer need your Personal Information for any of these purposes, we take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
