2. Entry is open only to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the participating retailers, the prize supplier and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Promotional period and how to enter
4. The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 9 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 10 January 2027 (Promotional Period). All times in these Terms and Conditions are Sydney time. Queensland does not observe daylight saving time, so Queensland entrants should allow for the one-hour difference.
5. To receive one (1) entry into the draw, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) purchase any FELLR product(s) with a minimum spend of $20 (incl. GST) on FELLR products in a single transaction from any Independent Liquor Group (ILG) member store in NSW, VIC, QLD or ACT (Participating Store) (Qualifying Purchase); and
(b) scan the promotional QR code displayed in the Participating Store or visit https://www.drinkfellr.com/fatboy-ilg, and complete and submit the online entry form as instructed, including their full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, postcode and a photo of their purchase receipt.
6. Participating Stores are all ILG member stores in NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT. Not all Participating Stores stock the full FELLR range, and product availability varies by store.
7. One (1) entry will be awarded for each Qualifying Purchase. Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry is submitted separately and relates to a separate Qualifying Purchase. Each purchase receipt may be used for one (1) entry only.
8. All Qualifying Purchases are subject to the Participating Store's responsible service of alcohol policies and the liquor laws of the relevant state or territory. A Qualifying Purchase must not be made by, or on behalf of, a person under 18 years of age.
9. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request proof of purchase from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase when requested may result in the entrant's entry or entries being deemed invalid and, where applicable, forfeiture of any prize.
10. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly identify the Participating Store, the Qualifying Purchase and the date of purchase, which must fall within the Promotional Period.
Entry validity
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
12. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
13. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries, and entries received outside the Promotional Period, will be deemed invalid.
14. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
15. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

23. The winner is responsible for using the prize safely and lawfully, including complying with the road rules and e-bike laws of their state or territory and wearing an approved helmet. Riding an e-bike while affected by alcohol is dangerous and may be an offence. The prize is subject to the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty and terms of use.
24. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
25. If the prize, or any part of the prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, in its discretion and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to substitute the prize, or that part of the prize, with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
26. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take or claim the prize, or an element of the prize, by the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize, or that element of the prize, may be forfeited.
